Plot summary
David Merrill (DeNiro), the fictitious director around Fifties Hollywood, returns from either overseas to locate that a rising tide of McCarthyism & the Red Scare has led to his not existence allowed to function inside films, despite his love for this career. He might single become allowed to direct another time he implicates colleagues when Communist agents.
